Title: Amending Section 28.12(13)(b)3. of the Madison General Ordinances to remove the sunset provision for the application review fee.
Sponsors: David J. Cieslewicz
Fiscal Note
Estimated revenues derived from the fee range from $100,000 to $150,000 (depending on volume) and are included in the General Fund revenues for Building Permits. The 2009 Executive Operating Budget anticipates $100,000 in fee revenues, which is the lower end of the revenue range given the slowdown in construction activity.
