RESOLVED that Water Main and Water Service Lateral installation improvements in Cardinal Glenn - Phase 4, which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and that the Water Utility General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $4,000 to expire not earlier than October 28, 2009 to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
