DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS: This ordinance changes the polling location of Wards 16, 17 and 118 from Oakwood Village East to Streets East.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
1. Subsection (16) entitled "Ward 16" of Section 15.02 entitled "Wards and Ward Boundaries" of the Madison General Ordinances is amended by amending therein the following:
"Polling place at No. 8 Fire Station, 3945 Lien Road. For purposes of the November 6, 2007 November 4, 2008 election and for all elections thereafter, the polling location will be Oakwood Village East, 5565 Tancho Drive Streets East, 4602 Sycamore Ave."
2. Subsection (17) entitled "Ward 17" of Section 15.02 entitled "Wards and Ward Boundaries" of the Madison General Ordinances is amended by amending therein the following:
"Polling place at No. 8 Fire Station, 3945 Lien Road. For purposes of the November 6, 2007 November 4, 2008 election and for all elections thereafter, the polling location will be Oakwood Village East, 5565 Tancho Drive Streets East, 4602 Sycamore Ave."
3. Subsection (118) entitled "Ward 118" of Section 15.02 entitled "Wards and Ward Boundaries" of the Madison General Ordinances is amended by amending therein the following:
