Approving plans for the restoration of Randall, Dayton, Charter and Johnson Streets in accordance with the  Permit to Excavate in the Right of Way.  (8th AD)
Body
WHEREAS, the Board of Regents of the University of Wisconsin System ("University of Wisconsin"), shall be installing a utility tunnel within the right of way in Randall, Dayton, Charter & Johnson Streets under a Permit to Excavate in the Right of Way, and;
 
WHEREAS, staff from Parks, Traffic Engineering and City Engineering have reviewed the current amenities and recommend certain changes that may result in the same operational efficiencies and;
 
WHEREAS, The University of Wisconsin shall need to disturb the City right of way and shall restore Randall, Dayton, Charter & Johnson Streets in accordance with plans and specification that are incorporated in their approved Permit to Excavate in the Right of Way.
 
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
 
1.      That the plans and specifications for the public improvements necessary for the restoration of Randall, Dayton, Charter & Johnson Streets shall be approved as part of the approval process for the Permit to Excavate in the Right of Way.
