PREAMBLE

The City of Madison has scheduled the resurfacing of Coho Street for 2008.  A portion of Coho Street lies within the City of Fitchburg.  The City of Fitchburg has requested that the City of Madison resurface the City of Fitchburg's portion of Coho Street.  The work will be accomplished with the 2008 City of Madison Resurfacing Program. The City of Fitchburg will reimburse the City of Madison for the cost to resurface the City of Fitchburg's portion of Coho Street.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute an agreement with the City of Fitchburg for the resurfacing of Coho Street.
