Fiscal Note
This Resolution transfers $70,415.10 of budgetary authority and existing funds from the Streets Division Sealcoating capital project, which will not be used before the 2008 arbitrage deadline. These funds will be transferred to the Streets Division Buildings and Grounds capital project.
The Budget amendment is as follows:

Amending the Streets Division Capital Budget.
Body
WHEREAS, the Streets Division's 2006 Capital Budget included $212,500 for sealcoating; and
WHEREAS, there is $70,415.10 remaining in that account; and
WHEREAS, there is continuing roof work to be completed at the Sycamore Public Works Facility to finish the new roof project that began in 2007; and
WHEREAS, there are exhaust fans and gas fired heaters that are in need of being replaced at both the Sycamore Public Works Facility and at the Badger Center.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that $70,415.10 be transferred from Streets Division Sealcoating Capital Project to the Streets Division Buildings and Grounds Capital Project.
