The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Paragraph 3378. of Subdivision (a) of Subsection (2) of Section 28.06 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
"28.06(2)(a)3378. The following described property is hereby omitted from the R4 General Residence District and added to the R2 Single-Family Residence District:
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 Churchill Heights, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin. This parcel contains 65,220 square feet or 1.5 acres."
