Adopting and confirming Revision 263 of the Madison General Ordinances as of June 15, 2008 to incorporate the changes pursuant to Sec. 66.0103, Wis. Stats.

Body

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

All of Revision No. 263 of the Madison General Ordinances, as of June 15, 2008, incorporating the changes made by Ordinance Numbers ORD-08-00036 through ORD-08-00063 is hereby adopted in its entirety and Volumes I, II, III and IV as revised through June 15, 2008 be confirmed in all respects.  

Revision No. 263 is published in pamphlet form by direction of the Common Council of the City of Madison, in accordance with Section 66.0103, Wisconsin Statutes.
