Establishing Terms for the Sustainable Design and Energy Committee.
Body
WHEREAS, the Sustainable Design and Energy Committee recommends that initial terms be established for members of the committee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Aldermanic members shall be appointed for a two-year term, with the expiration date to coincide with the aldermanic term; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the member representing the Board of Public Works shall be appointed for a term of one year and shall be designated by the Board of Public Works; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that beginning July 1, 2008, the following initial terms shall apply:
“Green Building Organization” position (incumbent Sherrie Gruder) will have an initial term of one year.
“Renewable Energy Business” position (incumbent Michael Vickerman) will have an initial term of three years.
“Private Developer” position (incumbent Lance McGrath) will have an initial term of two years.
“Private Developer” position (incumbent Paul Muench) will have an initial term of one year.
“Business Owner” position (incumbent Julia Voss) will have an initial term of two years.
“Utility Company” position (incumbent Catherine Mackin) will have an initial term of three years.
“University of Wisconsin” position (incumbent David Drummond) will have an initial term of one year.
“American Institute of Architects” position (incumbent Garrick Maine) will have an initial term of two years.
“Sustainable Energy Community” position (incumbent David Boyer) will have an initial term of one year.
“At-Large Member” position (incumbent James Armstrong) will have an initial term of three years.
“At-Large Member” position (incumbent Lou Host-Jablonski) will have an initial term of two years.
"At-Large Member" position (incumbent Leslie Schroeder) will have an initial term of one year.
The remaining “At-Large Member” position will have an initial term of three years.
