PREAMBLE
The streets in Table 1 are scheduled for reconstruction in 2009. City staff will design the proposed improvements. A field survey is required for the design process. Pursuant to City Ordinances and Policies, the City Engineer advertised for consultant proposals, reviewed the submitted proposals, and recommended the contract be awarded to Burse Surveying and Engineering, Inc.
NOW THERFORE BE IT RESOLVED
that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to enter into a contract with Burse Surveying and Engineering, Inc. for surveying services for the areas in Table 1.
