The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows: 

Subdivision (e) of Subsection (1) of Section 3.54 entitled "Compensation Plan" of the Madison General Ordinances is amended by creating the classification of Housing Assistance Clerk 2 in Compensation Group 20, Range 12, thereof.
