RESOLVED, that Water Service Lateral Installation improvements in Crosswinds at Hawks Landing - Phase 2, which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and that the Water Utility General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $1,500 to expire not earlier than March 31, 2009 to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
