Body

WHEREAS, National Conference of Bar Examiners, has satisfactorily completed the installation of curb and gutter, sidewalk and other public infrastructure improvements on South Bedford Street, West Wilson Street and Dow Court adjacent to the 601 West Wilson Street PUD.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said improvements be and are hereby accepted.  

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee on said improvements shall have commenced on November 13, 2007.  

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2101 $53,776.00 useful life of 40 years.
