Body

WHEREAS, Hersh Group, LTD, has satisfactorily completed the installation of curb and gutter, sidewalk and other public infrastructure improvements on Old Sauk Road and Sauk Ridge Trail adjacent to the 6506 Old Sauk Road PUD-SIP.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said improvements be and are hereby accepted.  

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee on said improvements shall have commenced on January 4, 2008.  

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2159 $13,041.45 useful life of 40 years.
