WHEREAS, Savanna on the Park, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous pavement on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the bituminous pavement on the following streets be and is hereby accepted:

Fairhaven Road from the north end to Maple Grove Road.

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1901  $12,835.70 useful of 40 years.
