Accepting street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, constructed by private contract in Owl's Creek Phase II, Private Contract No. 2055. (16th AD)
Body
WHEREAS, Nelson Group Development Group Corporation, has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
- Crested Owl Lane from the north line of Lot 87 southerly to Valor Way.
- Valor Way from the north line of Lot 68 southerly to the southplat line (existing street)
- Owl Creek Drive from Valor Way to the east plat line.
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2055 $127,453.33 useful like of 40 years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the one-year guaranty shall have commenced on January 1, 2007.
