Authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute Addendum No. 1 to the Subdivision Contract for Lien Road CSM, Contract No. 1995. (17th AD)
Body
WHEREAS, on February 23, 2005, Autumnwood III, LLC, entered into a subdivision contract with the City of Madison, and
WHEREAS, the Developer has requested a realignment of the proposed sanitary sewer and water main, laterals and hydrants based on their new site design, and,
WHEREAS, the proposed realignment of the sanitary sewer and water will necessitate modifications to the existing public utility easement(s).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,
1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute Addendum No. 1 to the Subdivision Contract for Lien Road CSM, Contract No. 1995, with Autumnwood III, LLC.
2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to accept dedication of lands and/or easement from the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside existing public fee title on easement right-of-way.
