Body
WHEREAS, Blue Plate Catering, Inc. participated in a competitive bid process and was chosen by the Parks Division to provide exclusive alcohol beverage service at Warner Park Community Recreation Center
("WPCRC") and Olbrich Botanical Gardens ("Olbrich") from January 1, 2009 through December 31, 2010, with the possibility of two successive two year renewal terms; and
WHEREAS, Blue Plate Catering was established in 1990 and has been owner operated since 1995; and
WHEREAS, Blue Plate Catering has a long-standing successful relationship with Olbrich, having catered many events at that facility.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute an Agreement with Blue Plate Catering, Inc., for exclusive alcohol beverage service at WPCRC and Olbrich, from January 1, 2009 through December 1, 2010, with the possibility of two successive two year renewal terms.
