Dane County and the above EMS Services providers all agree that it is in their respective and mutual interests to reinstate and extend the Master Agreement until December 31, 2008 and thereafter, to continue the Master Agreement in full force from year to year unless terminated by one of the parties. Any termination of the agreement must occur  at least ninety (90) calendar  days before December 31, 2008 or before  December 31 of any year thereafter, with the  Party furnishing written notice to the others of intent to terminate. Reinstating and continuing this Master Agreement will extend the City of Madison's participation, with other ALS Units in Dane County, in the medical priority dispatching system for the delivery of emergency services.
