The employment agreement calls for compensation at an annualized rate of $109,546.84. Funding for this salary is available within the 2008 Parks Division Operating Budget. No additional appropriation is required.

Submitting the name of Kevin R. Briski for confirmation of a five-year term as Parks Superintendent.
Body
Whereas, Mayor Cieslewicz has appointed Kevin R. Briski to the position of Parks Superintendent and has recommended to the Common Council that his appointment be confirmed; and
Whereas, the parties have reached an accord on the terms and conditions of an Employment Agreement between the City and Mr. Briski;
Now, therefore, be it resolved that Mr. Briski's appointment to the position of Parks Superintendent is hereby confirmed, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute an Employment Agreement between the City and Mr. Briski.
