Body
WHEREAS, the property owner, 3800 East Washington, LLC, has requested the release of the sanitary sewer easement located at 3801 E. Washington Avenue, and

WHEREAS, the City of Madison Engineering Division has reviewed and recommends the release of such easement.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a release of sanitary sewer easement described as follows:

Releasing that part of an existing twenty (20) foot wide public sanitary sewer easement recorded as Document Number 998711 which lies over, under and across part of Lot 2, Certified Survey Map (C.S.M.) Number 8221, recorded in Volume 44 of Certified Survey Maps, on pages 156-161, as Document Number 2765198, Dane County Registry and located in the Northeast Quarter and the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 33, Township 8 North, Range 10 East, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin. The centerline of said easement release more fully described as follows:

Commencing at the most Southerly corner of said Lot 2; thence North 47 degrees 18 minutes 39 seconds East, along the Southeasterly line of said Lot 2, 288.79 feet to the point of beginning of this centerline description; thence North 43 degrees 49 minutes 55 seconds West, 685.40 feet; thence North 47 degrees 19 minutes 04 seconds East, 267.36 feet to the Northeasterly line of said Lot 2 and said centerline there terminating. The sidelines of said easement to be prolonged or shortened to terminate at the Northeasterly and Southeasterly lines of said Lot 2.
