This project was budgeted for in Project 13 of the 2008 Adopted Capital Budget for Planning & Community & Economic Development. Award of this contract will be contingent upon the adoption of a budget amendment establishing the budget authority for this project in the 2008 Capital Budgets of Engineering Major Streets, Sewer Utility, Stormwater Utility and Water Utility.

Body
BE IT RESOLVED,
1) That the plans and specifications for Allied Drive Redevelopment Project - Streets & Utilities - 2008, be and are hereby approved.
2) That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.
3) That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to accept dedication of lands and/or easements from the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-ways.
