Fiscal Note
This contract includes an annualized salary of $104,537 being paid in approximately equal bi-weekly payments beginning on 05/20/2008. The 2008 Information Technology Adopted Operating Budget includes funding of $97,532 for this position. The additional expense for this position over the final seven months of 2008 will be accommodated through additional unbudgeted salary savings due to vacancies. Future costs under this contract will be included in subsequent Operating Budgets.

Confirming the re-appointment of Richard A Grasmick to the position of Information Technology Director subject to the approval and execution of a five-year employment agreement.
Body
Whereas, Mayor Cieslewicz has re-appointed Richard A. Grasmick to the position of Information Technology Director and has recommended to the Common Council that his re-appointment be confirmed; and
Whereas, the parties have reached an accord on the terms and conditions of an Employment Agreement between the City and Mr. Grasmick;
Now, therefore, be it resolved that Mr. Grasmick's re-appointment to the position of Information Technology Director is hereby confirmed, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute an Employment Agreement between the City and Mr. Grasmick.
