PREAMBLE
On October 18, 2007, the City Engineer opened bids for the Transit Garage Vertical Lifting Door including Installation. On November 6, 2007, the Common Council adopted a resolution, awarding the contract for the Transit Garage Vertical Lifting Door including Installation to Reliable Door Systems, Inc. On 2/18/08, Reliable Door Systems, Inc. submitted an affidavit, certifying that the prevailing wage requirements have been met, and its request for final payment.
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED, that the Transit Garage Vertical Lifting Door including Installation have been completed on 2/12/08 and are hereby accepted.
