Title

Approving the formation of an Erosion Control Subcommittee to the Commission on the Environment

Body

WHEREAS, the citizens of the City of Madison value water quality in the Yahara Lakes chain;

WHEREAS, the Clean Lakes Report prepared by the Commission on the Environment identifies construction erosion as a significant source of phosphorus to the Yahara Lakes;

WHEREAS, the reduction of phosphorus will reduce the growth of undesirable algae in the lakes;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following people be approved to serve on the Erosion Control Subcommittee to the Commission on the Environment:
