RESOLVED, that Water Service Lateral Installation improvements in Linden Park - Phase 3, which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and that the Water Utility General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the of $2,500 to expire not earlier than January 16, 2009 to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
