Authorizing Clerk to Issue Summons to Madcity Restaurant Group, Inc., dba Quinton's Bar & Deli, Richard Glesner, Registered Agent, to appear before the Alcohol License Review Committee.
Body
WHEREAS, a complaint has been filed with the Common Council by Assistant City Attorney Steven C. Brist against Madcity Restaurant Group, Inc., dba Quinton's Bar & Deli, 319 W. Gorham Street, Madison, WI; and
WHEREAS, said complaint avers Madcity Restaurant Group, Inc., dba Quinton's Bar & Deli currently holds a Class B Combination alcohol beverage license which expires on June 30, 2008 and has held Class B Combination alcohol beverage licenses issued by the City of Madison during the period of the alleged violation, that Madcity Restaurant Group, Inc., dba Quinton's Bar & Deli, has violated a condition of its license in that it failed to meet the definition of a restaurant found in Sec. 38.02, Madison General Ordinances; and
WHEREAS, Sec. 38.10(1)(a) authorizes the Common Council to issue a Summons when a complaint has been filed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby directed to issue a Summons to Madcity Restaurant Group, Inc., dba Quinton's Bar & Deli, to appear before the alcohol License Review Committee.
