Body

WHEREAS, WCB Properties, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of curb and gutter, sidewalk and other public infrastructure improvements on Mineral Point Road and Junction Road adjacent to the PUD.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said improvements be and are hereby accepted.  

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee on said improvements shall have commenced on November 6, 2006.

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2107 $14,052.30  useful life of 40 years.
