Body
WHEREAS, Great Neighborhoods South, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
Madison Standard Street Improvements, including sidewalk:
Catalina Parkway from the east line of Lot 41 to the west line of Lot 258.
Secret Garden Drive from Bautista Alley (existing street) to the north plat line.
Arrowpoint Way from Secret Garden Drive to Bautista Drive.
Bautista Drive from Bautista Alley (existing street) to Catalina Parkway.
Madison Standard Alley Improvements on the following alley:
Alley 'O' (Catalina Alley) From Secret Garden Drive to Catalina Parkway.
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2144 $332,214.83 useful life of 40 years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the one-year guaranty shall have commenced on November 8, 2007.
