Body
WHEREAS, C-CAP, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
Madison Standard Steet Improvements, including sidewalk,
Cordelia Crescent from Kennedy Road to Moose Trail.
Moose Trail from Cordelia Crescent to Kennedy Road.
Madison Standard Street Improvements, without sidewalk,
Tenley Lane from Cordelia Crescent to Moose Trail.
Madison Standard Concrete Sidewalk,
Northport Drive from Kennedy Road to the west plat line.
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1982 $93,821.66 useful life of 40 years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guaranty shall have commenced on December 7, 2006.
