Body

The Common Council previously approved on 12/04/07 Plans, Specifications and Schedule of Assessments for the Waubesa Street Reconstruction Assessment District - 2008 (File ID 07739) and those plans were advertised and bids received under Contract No. 6088.  Traffic calming measures in those plans were material to the Board of Public Works original recommendation for approval.  City Engineering and Traffic Engineering are recommending a revision of the traffic calming measures.

BE IT  RESOLVED:

1. Revised plans, which modify traffic calming measures, are hereby approved.
