WHEREAS, Brader Way, LLC, c/o Blackhawk Ev. Fr. Church has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous pavement on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the bituminous pavement on the following streets be and is hereby accepted:

Veritas Drive from Mineral Point Road to west plat line.

Brader Way from west plat line to east line of Lot 10.

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2049 $35,254.80 useful life of 40 years.
