RESOLVED that Water Service Lateral Installation improvements in Grandview Commons - Phase 12, which have been completed and are hereby approved, and that the Water Utility General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $2,500 to expire not earlier than January 9, 2009 to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
