PREAMBLE
On August 31, 2007, the City Engineer opened bids for the Repainting of the East Transfer Point Structure. On September 18, 2007, the Common Council adopted a resolution, awarding the contract for the Repainting of the East Transfer Point Structure to Chris's Painting, Inc. On 11/2/07, Chris's Painting, Inc. submitted an affidavit, certifying that the prevailing wage requirements have been met, and its request for final payment.
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED, that the Repainting of the East Transfer Point Structure improvements have been completed on 10/23/07 and are hereby accepted.
