This project is authorized in the 2008 Capital Budget and funds are available in Parking Utility Reserves. The estimated cost of $300,000 should be charged as follows:
Overture Center Ramp:  EP01-54301-810421-00-5821080, $70,200
State Street Capitol Ramp:  EP01-54301-810421-00-5821030, $179,885
State Street Campus (Frances) Ramp:  EP01-54301-810421-00-5821070, $49,915
Title
Approving plans and specifications and authorizing the Board of Public Works to advertise and receive bids for repairs at the Overture Center, State Street Capitol, and State Street Campus (Frances) Parking Ramps.  (4th and 8th AD)       
Body
WHEREAS, the City of Madison Parking Utility is responsible for the maintenance of City of Madison Parking Utility ramps; and
 
WHEREAS, these ramps require ongoing maintenance to maximize their longevity;
 
 
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,
 
 
1)      That the plans and specifications for 2008 Parking Ramp Maintenance at the Overture Center, State Street Capitol, and State Street Campus (Frances) Parking Ramps, be and are hereby approved.
 
2)      That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.
 
 
3)      That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to accept dedication of lands and/or easements from the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-ways.
