To acknowledge and thank B&B Family Limited Partnership and Robert Blettner for their donations of lands to enlarge the Starkweather Creek conservation Park.

In 2005, B&B Family Limited Partnership and Robert Blettner sold an upland parcel and dedicated a large tract of wetlands to the City of Madison, adjacent to the Blettner Corporate Center development. In 2007, B&B Family Limited Partnership and Robert Blettner offered the City the last upland parcel retained by B&B Family Limited Partnership and/or Robert Blettner adjacent to the Corporate Center development. The City has accepted the most recent donation as it provides additional upland and access to the Conservation Park from Milwaukee Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the City of Madison by its Mayor and Common Council recognize the donations from B&B Family Limited Partnership and Robert Blettner to enlarge the Starkweather Creek Conservation Park along Milwaukee Street in the City of Madison and thank them for their philanthropy to the city.
