Body
WHEREAS, Eagle Aerie, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
-Fairview Drive from a point approximately 100-feet east of the east line of Vernon Road to Holy Cross Way.
-Holy Cross Way from Fairview Drive to County Trunk Highway T.
-Tony Drive from the north plat line (existing street) southerly to the end of the cul-de-sac.
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2052 $406,100.00 useful life of 40 years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee shall have commenced on September 11, 2007.
