WHEREAS, Scott P. Fleming and Kathryn R. Fleming, has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
-Hickory Ridge Road from the southwest line of Lot 7 to Raymond Road.
-Madison Standard Sidewalk on Raymond Road adjacent to Lots 3, 4, 5, and 11.
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1934 $49,462.97 useful life of 40 years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee shall have commenced on January 29, 2007.
