RESOLVED that Water Service Lateral Installation improvements in Blackhawk Church Town Center Plat - Phase 1, which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and that the Water Utility General Manager be authorized to accept surety  in the amount of $2,500 to expire not earlier than November 8, 2008 to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
