RESOLVED that Water Service Lateral Installation improvements in Second Addition to Midtown Commons, which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and that the Water Utility General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $2,500 to expire not earlier than November 8, 2008 to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
