RESOLVED, that Water Service Lateral Installation improvements in 1802 Maplecrest Drive - Phase 1 - Hawks Landing Lot 53, which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and that the Water Utility General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $2,500 to expire not earlier than November 9, 2008 to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
