Authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute Addendum No. 1 to the Developer's Agreement for the 700 Block University Avenue (University Square) PUD, Contract No. 2072. (8th AD)
Body
WHEREAS, on May 25, 2006, Madison Real Estate Properties, A Wisconsin Limited Partnership, entered into a subdivision contract with the City of Madison, and,
WHEREAS, the Developer has added additional public sanitary sewer to the Developer's Agreement that is necessary to accommodate tunnel construction adjacent to this site,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute Addendum No. 1 to the Developer's Agreement for 700 Block University Avenue (University Square) PUD, Contract No. 2072, Project No. 53B2072, with Madison Real Estate Properties, a Wisconsin Limited Partnership.
2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to accept dedication of lands and/or easement from the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside existing public fee title on easement right-of-way.
