Body

WHEREAS, Madison Area CLT Corporation,  has satisfactorily completed the installation of curb and gutter, sidewalk and other public infrastructure improvements on Troy Drive adjacent to the Troy Gardens.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said improvements be and are hereby accepted.  

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2066 $14,275.00 useful life of 40 years.
