Body

WHEREAS, 409 West, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of curb and gutter, sidewalk and other public infrastructure improvements on West Gorham Street adjacent to 409 W. Gorham Street PUD.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said improvements be and are hereby accepted.  

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee on said improvements shall have commenced on November 11, 2006.

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2030 $33,400.00 useful life of 40-years.
