The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Paragraph 3313. of Subdivision (a) of Subsection (2) of Section 28.06 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
"28.06(2)(a)3313. The following described property attached from the Town of Madison and located at 2440-2448 Perry Street is hereby added to C2 General Commercial District:
Part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 35, T7, Range 9E beginning 660 feet East of the Northwest Corner of Said Quarter-Quarter Section, thence S00° 06'38" West 439 Feet along the western line of Perry Street to the Point Of Beginning; thence N89° 29'27" West 164 Feet, thence S00° 19'48" East 130 Feet, thence S89° 29'27" East 164 Feet, thence N00° 19'48" West 130 Feet to the Point of Beginning. Said area contains 0.49 acres."
