The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Paragraph 3310. of Subdivision (a) of Subsection (2) of Section 28.06 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
"28.06(2)(a)3310. The following described property attached from the Town of Madison and located at 833, 836, 840, 844 Hughes Place is hereby added to R4 General Residence District:
Beginning at the center of Section 35, T7N R9E; thence N00°13'33"W, along said West line, 492.98 feet, more or less, to the point of intersection with the centerline of Hughes Place; thence Westerly 500.00 feet along the centerline of Hughes Place, to the intersection with the southerly prolongation of Lot 10, Miller Park Plat and the point of beginning: thence continuing Westerly, 100.00 feet, more or less, to the northerly prolongation of the west line of a parcel described in Document No. 3151893, Dane County Registry; thence Southerly 25.00 feet along said west line to the south line of Hughes Place; thence S00°38'04"E, 180.00 feet; thence N89°29'27"W, parallel with the centerline of West Badger Road, 85.02 feet; thence N00°38'04"W on a line 684.75 feet West of and parallel to the East line of said Northwest Quarter, 350.24 feet to the North line of Miller Park Plat; thence Easterly along said North line, 180 feet, more or less, to the Northwest corner of Lot 10 of the Miller Park Plat, a recorded plat in the Northwest Quarter of said...
