The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Paragraph 3309. of Subdivision (a) of Subsection (2) of Section 28.06 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
"28.06(2)(a)3309. The following described property attached from the Town of Madison and located at 700 West Badger Road is hereby added to R4 General Residence District:
Part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 35, T7, R9E commencing at the southwest corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said section, thence S89°19'E, 530.7 feet, thence N00°45'E, 33 feet to the point of beginning located on the northerly line of West Badger Road; thence N00°45'E, 140 feet, thence N89°17'W, 167 feet, thence N08°08'W, 63 feet, thence N89°01'W, 20 feet, thence N00°32'E, 56 feet, thence S89°20'E, 258.9 feet, thence S00°45'W, 290.5 feet, thence N89°19'W, 61.85 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. Said parcel contains 0.91 acres."
