The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Paragraph 3303. of Subdivision (a) of Subsection (2) of Section 28.06 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
"28.06(2)(a)3303. The following described property attached from the Town of Madison and located at 801 North Avenue & 1920 South Park Street is hereby added to C2 General Commercial District:
All of Lot 16 except the southerly 40 feet and all of Lots 7-9 and 17-24, Block 7, First Addition to Oakridge Subdivision, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, except those portions of Lots 7 and 24 taken for the right of way of S. Park Street. Said parcels contain 1.65 acres."
