The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Paragraph 3302. of Subdivision (a) of Subsection (2) of Section 28.06 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
"28.06(2)(a)3302. The following described property attached from the Town of Madison and located at 1901-1907 South Park Street is hereby added to C2 General Commercial District:
Beginning at the North Quarter Corner of said Section 35; thence S00°13'33"E, along the North-South Quarter line of said Section 35, 29.60 feet to the westerly extension of the South line of Lot 1, CSM 10382 and the point of beginning; thence S88°39'13"E, 216.36 feet to the West line of Beld Street; thence Southerly along the West line of Beld Street to its point of intersection with a line that is parallel to and 90.00 feet North of, measured at right angles to, the South line of North Avenue as platted in Oak Ridge Subdivision, recorded in Vol. 4 of Plats, Pg. 32, Document No. 290503, Dane County Registry; thence West along a line that is parallel to and 90.00 feet North of, measured at right angles to, the South line of said North Avenue to a point on the existing centerline of South Park Street; thence Northerly along said existing centerline of South Park Street to the westerly extension of the South line of Lot 1, CSM 10382 and the point of beginning. Said parcel contains 0.68 acres."
