The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Paragraph 3296. of Subdivision (a) of Subsection (2) of Section 28.06 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
"28.06(2)(a)3296. The following described property is hereby omitted from the R4 General Residence District and added to the C1 Limited Commercial District:
Lot 12, Block 3, Thorp's Addition to Fair Oaks, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin. The parcel contains 4,207 square feet."
